Possibility to also link record in the "Related Records" block

Today, you can only "Add new" related record in the "Related Records" block from a detail view. It would be great to also be able to link an existing record from this same view.

Related records list having the added option to "Connect Existing" as well as the existing "Add New" option would clean up our current workflow so much. I hope this is on the roadmap soon. It seems like such an easy win.

This is a very important feature for us - we do a lot of linking! Right now having to use the Linked Records field in the same layout as a Related Records list is messy and redundant.

It would be great if the Related Records "search" box could work the way the Linked Records field does now: checking "+" next to a record adds the link and checking "-" removes it.
