Too funny. I came here specifically to request this very thing and it was at the top of the list. it's critical that we're able to present some sort of copyright, links to a Terms of Service, etc.

As a workaround, I've included a link to the terms and privacy policy on the first page a client visits after signing up for an account. This is not ideal from a legal standpoint but is better than not having them at all. As another workaround, you could include a menu item that is called "Legal", "Terms of Use" or something similar, that links to a page with this information. Again, this is less than ideal and adds to legal risk (which is why Stacker should fix this), but it's better than nothing.
