Autopopulate form field based on a User's field value

It would be great if a form could have the option of prefilling a field with a value based on the User's fields ie what group they belong to and the group field is part of the User's table.

I think this is genius, but what would make it one step better would be for you to have the option of hiding those passthrough values or not hiding them. Also having the ability to set custom passthrough values that aren't related to the user.

One of the primary reasons I use Softr for forms is the ability to passthrough hidden values when submitting a form. This is more powerful than it seems on the surface.
