Add OR as a filter condition

I would like to be able to filter using OR as an option (in addition to AND). I've figured a bit of a work-around using AND is IS NOT, but OR would make things simpler and ensure data integrity as additional values may be added over time, requiring updating maintenance.

An "OR" option in Layout Filters (within the tile layout) rather than just a default "AND" option.

If you add a second filter value the system assumes it is an "AND" relationship for the two values. There is no option to add an "OR" to the filter logic. Please consider adding this simple feature option.

Currently, if making multiple conditions...they can only be linked with "AND". I would like to submit a couple scenarios which are not reliant on each other.
