From my understanding, users are assigned the first conditional role that they qualify for, starting from the top of the list.

This can be quite an issue if you need to assign somebody a new role after the fact. It would be awesome if you could reorder the conditional role assignments somehow.

An alternative solution would be the capability to set an importance hierarchy for each individual conditional role assignment.
